It all began on the swings, when Hans and Ben were being ridiculously stupid and also depriving small children of the pleasure of using the swing set.
Now naturally seeing the children's tears running down their faces made Hans want to create a comic that rivaled the ridiculousness surrounding him, and the first All the Comic was born.
Slowly, Hans created the first few comics by hand, drawing, inking, scanning, and colouring, and kept them largely between himself and Ben. It didn't take much longer before Hans discovered his terrible old tablet and things just sort of started, with Ben starting as the tech guy.
Basically no sense was ever made to come from this comic, so don't even bother trying. Hans and Ben are not responsible for lost brain cells during the reading of this comic.
